Avery is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 12 years of experience in the dental industry, including the last 4 years of practicing hygiene. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their oral health. Building genuine relationships and creating a welcoming, relaxed environment are some of the most rewarding parts of her work. She takes pride in helping make each dental visit a positive experience.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and working on home projects. She is always discovering new interests and hobbies and has a love for animals, good food, and learning entirely too much about whatever happens to catch her attention. Leslie is our Front Office Receptionist with 7 years of experience in the dental industry. She enjoys getting to know patients and building genuine relationships with everyone who walks through the door. Creating a warm welcome, making people feel comfortable, and sharing a few laughs along the way are some of her favorite parts of the job. She believes a friendly conversation can make a visit feel more relaxed and enjoyable.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and growing her own vegetables, while occasionally trying her luck with flowers. She also loves taking walks with her beautiful puppy, Stitch, and relaxing with a good movie or one of her favorite comfort shows. Time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and the simple things in life are what she values most.

Denise is our Front Office Receptionist with 4 years of experience in the dental industry. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and especially values the opportunity to care for and connect with patients. Creating a welcoming environment and helping people feel comfortable throughout their visit are important to her. She enjoys building relationships and making each patient feel like they are part of the office family.
When she is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and making lasting memories together. They especially love visiting Disney and enjoying evening walks with their dog. She also enjoys shopping and baking whenever she has some free time. Family time and creating new memories are at the heart of what she enjoys most.

Practice Manager
Daysha is our Practice Manager with 29 years of experience in the dental industry. She is passionate about providing exceptional care for patients while supporting and encouraging the team around her. Creating a positive environment where both patients and staff feel valued is an important part of her role. Her years of experience and dedication to dentistry bring valuable knowledge and leadership to the practice.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and especially her grandchildren. She is also a proud Dallas Cowboys fan and loves cheering on her team. A fun fact is that she was born in Germany on an Army base. Family is especially important to her, and she treasures the time spent making memories with the people closest to her.

Bianca is our Lead Dental Assistant and LRDA with 16 years of experience in the dental industry. She is passionate about providing high-quality care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental experience. She takes pride in the work she does and enjoys being able to make a positive difference for both patients and the team. Her experience and dedication are an important part of the practice.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. In the little free time she has, she enjoys arts and crafts and finding creative ways to unwind. Family time is especially meaningful, and she loves making memories together whenever possible. Although free time can be rare, getting creative with an arts and crafts project is one of her favorite ways to relax.
